The following content types are offered at 1 Blogs sites:
- Blog: A blog is a regularly updated journal or diary made up of individual posts shown in reversed chronological order. A blog is tightly coupled to the author so each user will have his 'own' blog.
- Book: A book is a hierarchy of wiki pages, a collaborative writing effort: users can collaborate writing the pages of the book, positioning the pages in the right order, and reviewing or modifying pages previously written. So when you have some information to share or when you read a page of the book and you didn't like it, or if you think a certain page could have been written better, you can do something about it.
- News Aggregator: It collects syndicated content from disparate sources and provides a single consolidated view. If you would like add a news feed, please email webmaster@1blog.com.
- Syndication: 1 Blogs provides RSS feed, distributing Blog content for reuse or redistribution on other website.
- Group: A group provides home page for like minded users. There they post articles about their shared interest, either open to the public or group members only.
